Staff helped with tours and that was easy. The staff were really nice. Swim-up bar staff were engaging, and bingo is a great idea. I enjoyed it a lot.

Wonderful Stay

I enjoyed the curved lagoon-style pool. It features a sandy beach bank suitable for children. The staff was warm and friendly. They greeted me like a valued guest immediately upon arrival. The breakfast was delicious. I found a varied selection of items daily, including pineapple pancakes. Room 106 was amazing with private lounge chairs.
The gym needed some attention, some of the equipment was broken.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms included a huge shower and sufficient amenities. It had everything I needed and the decor matched the Balinese style.

Breakfast offered a diverse buffet with many choices. I also enjoyed lunch by the pool, and there was a good selection of local and international dishes. I could always find something that I liked. Drinks were always cold.

The staff were always smiling and helpful. They made sure all my needs were met promptly. Qhupit, the Guest Relation Officer, checked in regularly to ensure my stay was excellent. It really added to the personal touch.

I really enjoyed my stay. the staff were friendly! they always went out of their way to look after us. i loved heading to the bar for evening bingo. It was such fun.
The room sound insulation wasn't great. I could easily hear neighbors speaking.

the resort features two large pools, both with plenty of sun loungers . a buggy service is available for free transport around the area.

The beautiful rooms are situated beside the pool! rooms get cleaned each day. a towel animal and note are left, a nice touch. And the rooms include comfortable beds, perfect for rest.

the location is very nice, near the beach. it is just a short five minute walk. supermarkets surround the area, offering convenient access to essentials, i thought the location was perfect!

breakfast offered many options, including asian and western choices. the buffet had fantastic options each day. the restaurant provides tasty evening meals, but there are cheaper local options up and down the street.

The staff's ability to engage and support guests' individual wants is amazing. i had access to the late checkout lounge. It had showers. the service was very nice!

The balcony doors did not shut completely in my room. This allowed outside noise to enter the room at various times.
